Waste

Since 2019, we have sent the equivalent of 600,000+ meals to food banks to help diminish food poverty.
60 tonnes of waste from our ovens is sent to an AD plant for renewable energy generation every week.
We send zero waste to landfill.

Carbon

We reduced our plastic use by 98.9 tonnes from 2021 to 2022*.
This is the equivalent of 9 million plastic food trays.

Energy

We have reduced our energy usage by 57% since 2021.
8 tonnes of natural cooking fat / oil is sent away for biofuels every week.
