We use an independent UKAS Accredited laboratory to carry out microbiological analysis for both product and environmental samples to continually monitor that we are operating within industry guidelines.
Our Technical Team work in tandem with Production. We emphasize the benefit of involving members of our Technical Team in all production decisions. Their input is invaluable, and helps to remove pitfalls before they happen, ultimately safe guarding the food we produce to ensure that we meet customer expectations every time.
We installed software in 2016/17 to assist with real time immediate traceability reporting. This has revolutionized traceability exercises, and again is another example of how technology is assisting us to improve all areas of our production and technical departments.
