The Production Facility
The factory is designed and equipped to ensure that the maximum productivity is achieved. We are packing in excess of 800,000 packs for our retail customers weekly. Fabrication is maintained to a very high standard, and a rigorous preventative maintenance programme is in place. Our machinery is also a key factor in our success, as we are constantly re-engineering to ensure optimum throughput and productivity.
Our Engineering department, led by Angus Dilliway-Parry is very innovative in experimenting with novel ways to do things that are not commonplace in the industry. R&D is key to our success, and has kept us at the forefront of best practice within chicken manufacture.
